When Toshiba announced they were leaving telecom, we used the opportunity to review our industry and selected Sangoma, a Canadian Technology Company that created and manages the world’s most used voice software Asterisk. The open-source software provides an “All Features Included” platform at an ultra-competitive price.
Disaster Relief
We also invested in a Disaster Relief site at a secure facility to provide off-site storage for our IP Communication customers. We include it FREE for all new systems. That’s value for our customers. It’s the reason Unitel Inc. has earned and maintained an A+ rating with the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau.
