I am writing to tell you how pleasantly surprised I was recently when I was told that your technicians could repair the phone that I dropped and broke.

The option of a repair was nice to hear in this world of “disposable “everything. I expected the usual “not able to be repaired”, “we no longer stock parts for that model” or “leave it with us and we’ll look at it a call you next week.”

Although I did know, that, unlike other vendors, you still service and sell Toshiba, The level of your customer service was unexpected, i.e. repairing my phone while I waited.

In checking my records I find that I have relied on this phone system for over 18 years. Other than moving the phones after remodeling, no other upkeep or repair services have been required in all those years.

The sound quality of these phones is still great. I’m still impressed with the range and clarity of the speaker phones.
